- Photos/videos created during Travel Ghost events may be used by Travel Ghost for promotional and marketing purposes across our digital and social media platforms. Commercial use by third parties requires prior permission from Travel Ghost.
- Full payment must be completed before the event. Pending payments may result in cancellation of the booking.
- A valid Government-issued ID may be required for verification before boarding. Boarding may be denied without a valid ID.
- Booking transfers are permitted only with prior approval from Travel Ghost. The participant's updated name must be shared before the event.
- No refund will be provided for any inclusions or activities not availed by the participant.
- Participants are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. Travel Ghost will not be responsible for loss or damage.
- Reporting times are fixed. Participants must reach the pickup point at least 30 minutes before departure. Missing the vehicle due to late arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
- AC may be switched off or adjusted on certain routes, particularly in hilly or difficult terrain, based on driver and organizer discretion for safety and comfort.
- Alcohol, smoking, and drugs are strictly prohibited during our events. Any misconduct or indiscipline will not be tolerated.
- Trekking and adventure activities involve outdoor conditions and may require physical effort. Participants are expected to follow all instructions given by trek leaders and organizers.
- Travel Ghost will not be responsible for delays, itinerary changes, or additional expenses arising from weather, road conditions, natural events, landslides, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, government/local authority restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- The itinerary may be modified when required in the interest of participant safety, comfort, and overall experience.
- Travel Ghost does not provide personal accident/medical insurance. Participants are advised to arrange appropriate travel/adventure insurance if required.
- For international trips, participants are responsible for ensuring that their passport and travel documents meet the applicable validity and entry requirements. Any additional costs arising from invalid or inadequate documents will be borne by the participant.
